The advance and continuous improvement-oriented software packages are used in our company like UNIGRAPHICS, SOLIDWORKS, ESPRIT, MOLDEX and NOVACAST. Besides making use of our own standard library in design and development processes, the libraries of the global companies are also used like HASCO, DME, CUMSA.

The use of standard libraries accelerates our mold design and manufacturing time and it also gives us serious advantages against our competitors. The potential problems on part and mold design are being studied to decrease to minimum levels in post-production by determining via the analyses(filling, warpage, cooling efficiency, gassing, sink-marks, …) made in advance.

Our design department provides also engineering services about part or component design, manufacturing, assembly and functional tests to our customers with our experienced and dynamic team that follows new technologies.
